Returns Policy

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will replace the affected items or refund them, at your option, at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because these are research materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our custody, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind after delivery.

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us with your order number and we will cancel and refund it in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds are typically credited within 7 to 14 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
